Ready for another Dreamy Dwelling Home Tour!?! I have been sitting in front of the computer looking at the pics of this Stunning Contemporary Traditional House Tour over and over. I totally LOVE it! If I had anywhere near seven million dollars I would totally snatch it up — if the ‘Prince’ could handle Bel-Air, so could I!
This Hampton Style traditional house is tucked down a long private driveway behind large gates! Want to take a peek!?!
I would start every morning with breakfast on this porch — are you obsessing over that view!?!
The entire home was completely renovated with the finest materials and quality throughout.
I love the simple rods and consistent drapes throughout the main living areas.
And that coffee table — I’ve already asked Stud to make one for me!!!
I love the openness of this formal dining area.
And the kitchen is totally dreamy and perfect! Planked ceilings, amazing lighting, and top of the line appliances!
And more than just pretty, it’s totally functional — I love that wall size chalkboard — perfect family message board.
The guest bath has striped walls and a mirror that hangs from leather just like the one I saw at Anthropologie the other day — I should have snatched it up!
The family room is casual and comfortable with eye candy everywhere — did you see that fireplace!?!
Every home needs a wine cellar — love its simplistic style.
And a laundry room with double washers and dryers — the sink basin is tall to be the same height as the washer and dryer — that’s my plan one day, too.
Awesome lighting for the staircase — love the faint stripes on the wall, too.
Five Bedrooms and Five Bathrooms.
A library with floor-to-ceiling shelves!
Those hardwood floors are beautiful.
Skyline view of Los Angeles’ most affluent commercial – residential district and the Pacific Ocean beyond.
The marble floor pattern takes my breath away — and um, those shower heads — yes please!
Organized closets with great lighting!
I love the soft blue paint in this bedroom.
Spa Color Garden Stool with an Orchid — And that mirror is PERFECT!
Another piece of furniture added to the list — these headboards are perfect for the guest room — and while I’m at it I need to sew a cream lumbar pillow with a thick gray stripe. This is a great blend of neutral colors — broad spectrum and it works.
Time to bust out my monogram machine — yes, I really have one.
A little more inspiration — loving these trimmed windows and that built in — and all the books — I need more vintage books.
This is the ultimate family home on one of Bel-Airs finest streets. This contemporary traditional house is listed for sale in Los Angeles, California — if you buy it, I want an invite!
